Refund & Return Policy

All ads run on a rolling 30-day agreement.

• The cost is £50 per month.

• You can cancel at any time by giving 30 days’ notice by email.

• We don’t offer refunds once a new 30-day period has started.

• If you want to change your ad, it costs £20 per update.

• If a screen is down for more than 48 hours, we’ll either move your ad to another screen or extend your campaign.

To cancel, just email us with your business name and the date you'd like your service to end.
