Terms of service

1. Services Provided
Provider agrees to display Customer’s advertisement on a minimum of 10 different screens, with each ad being shown at least 58 times per day, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Ads can be in the form of still graphics, videos, or a mix of both. Each ad slot is 10 seconds long, and customers can purchase as many slots as they wish, with the total cost being multiplied accordingly.

2. Pricing
- Screen-Hosted Advertising: £25 per month per site that hosts one of Provider’s advertising screens.
- Stand-Alone Advertising: £50  per month.
- Admin Fee for Ad Changes: £20 per change, applicable if the Customer requests modifications to their ad after the initial submission.
- Multiple Slots: Customers can purchase additional slots, with the total cost being the base price multiplied by the number of slots.

3. Term and Termination
This Agreement is a 30-day rolling contract. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice to the other party.

4. Price Adjustments
Provider reserves the right to increase pricing upon providing the Customer with 30 days' notice.

5. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is solely responsible for supplying their advertisement in the correct format as specified in the Provider's ad submission guidelines. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional costs.

6. Ad Display Commitment
The Provider guarantees that each Customer ad will be shown on a minimum of 10 different screens, at least 58 times per day.

7. Content Restrictions
The Customer agrees not to submit advertisements containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content, as determined solely by the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to reject or remove any ad that violates this policy without refund.

8. Technical Issues and Downtime
Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous display of Customer ads, but shall not be held liable for interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the content of their advertisements or any breach of this Agreement.

10. Screen Ownership and Liability
- Screen Ownership: All advertising screens remain the exclusive property of Adstory Ltd.
- Provider Liability: Adstory Ltd is responsible for maintaining the screens and is liable for any faults, defects, or incidents where a screen falls on or into the premises.
- Host Site Liability: The host site is liable for any damage to the screens caused by malice, vandalism, or criminal actions by their customers or staff.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain

12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

13. Amendments
Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
