Adstory Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to keep our cancellation process fair and straightforward.

Standard Cancellation (User & Sponsored Plans)

Customers may cancel their Adstory advertising plan at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice.

• Your advert will remain live throughout the 30-day notice period.

• No further payments will be taken after the notice period ends.

Hosting Plan Eligibility & Cancellation

Our Hosting Plan is designed for premises that meet our location and visibility criteria. If, upon inspection, your business does not qualify for a hosted Adstory screen, you will have the option to:

• Cancel within 7 days of your Hosting Plan purchase, and receive a full refund; or

• Upgrade to our User Plan, allowing your advert to be shown across our digital screen network.

Please note:

• If you choose to upgrade, your hosting fee will be credited toward your User Plan.

• After 7 days, standard 30-day cancellation notice applies.
